“Of Grit and Grid”
“Of Grit and Grid” was a Site Seen activation set within a former ground-floor real estate office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, bringing together 36 artists working across sculpture, installation, painting, photography, and mixed media
The space was not a neutral container. The architecture remained intact. Glass frontage, partitions, a field of suspended glass globes holding a steady, ambient light, the quiet residue of transactions once negotiated beneath them. The space held onto its former rhythm, and the work entered into it rather than replacing it.
